Mardi Gras Parade-one fan (2 fans for $5)  $3.00 4", bright rose-lavender tepals with a large, wine-purple eye, mauve-rose watermark, and chartreuse throat. Petals have pie crust edges. Very showy with lots of long lasting blooms in midsummer. 24" tall.
Mary's Gold-one fan (2 fans for $5)  $3.00 Mary's Gold is always ranked high in the popularity poll. If you are looking for a gold that has impact and dominance in the garden, look no further. Has an almost blindingly bright gold self with ruffled edges. Widely branched scapes, high bud count, extremely vigorous, excellent foliage. 34" tall, 6 1/2" bloom. Midseason bloom. 2005 Lenington All-American Award - best performer over wide geographic area .
Midnight Dynamite  $8.00 Size #1. Coming week of May 19.
Miracle Maid-one fan (two fans for $5)  $3.00 6" lipstick red blooms have a darker black-red band,a light red watermark, and a chartreuse throat. Tightly compressed pie crust ruffling are on the petals. Blooms in midsummer. Vigorous grower. 28" tall.
Moonlit Masquerade  $6.00 Size #1. 26" tall, 5 ½" bloom. Cream with large dark purple eye. Small green throat, darker yellow edging. Great substance, prolific bloomer. Stout Medal 2004 for best daylily. First in popularity poll for last three years for good reason. A must have daylily.
Night Embers  $9.00 Size #1- A heavily ruffled, fully double deepest burgundy daylily with a distinctive white edge. Night Embers is exceptionally beautiful and is one of a kind. Early to midseason bloomer and then reblooms later in the season. 5" blooms are on top of 30" scapes. Collector's daylily. Winner of the 2007 Ida Munson award for best double daylily.
Pardon Me- one fan (2 fans for $5)  $3.00 Bright cranberry red 3" flowers with yellow green throat. Voted best in the miniature class. Very long blooming. Award winner. 18" tall plant with numerous blossoms. Midseason, reblooms.
Patriot Dream-one fan (2 fans for $5)  $3.00 Beautiful wine red blooms have a cream white edge and a yellow throat. It is fragrant, and reblooms. 26" tall-blooms mid to late season. From the Platinum Palette series with high bud count and multiple scapes. 6 1/2 inch blooms.
Purple De Oro-one fan (2 fans for $6)  $4.00 Profusion of long blooming 2 1/2 inch fragrant, medium dark purple flowers with a lighter midrib. Compact clump - 18" tall. Shares characteristics of Stella De Oro. Everblooming-starts in midseason.
Red Rum- one fan (2 fans for $5)  $3.00 Bright red blooms have a creped texture with white midribs running the length of the petals. Edges are ruffled. Blooms early to midseason and is only 15" to 18" tall, Blooms are 4". Trivia: tell me what this name means and which movie it's from and you will get a dollar off of this one. 1984 Lenington award (for best performing daylily in a wide geographic area).
Rocket City-one fan (2 fans for $5)  $3.00 Rocket City has big 6", bittersweet orange tepals with a burnt orange eye. Throat and midribs are lighter orange-yellow. Blooms in midsummer. This one has alot of blooms on each plant and is very striking in large clumps. I had sold this one for several years and always sold out of it, so I never even knew what it looked like. I went to the golf course in Davenport that had the John Deere Classic to see Zach Johnson, and was totally blown away by this daylily-which was all over the golf course. There were tons of huge bright blooms in tall gorgous clumps. The orange isn't day glow orange-it has a hint of peach to the color to soften it just the right amount. 36" tall. Rosy Returns-one fan (2 fans for $8)  $5.00 Pretty 4" bloom, fragrant, salmon -pink blend with a deep rose eyezone and yellow throat. Very early season-in June- and then blooms consistently for the rest of the year right up until frost. The first hardy rose pink everblooming daylily. Yes, I know this one is expensive, but it is worth it. It has a patent on it, which increases the price, but I have had so many requests for it, that I finally decided to get it. This is probably the most in demand and popular daylily right now.
Royal Braid  $7.00 Size #1- Wonderful lavender coloring with a royal purple picotee edge and eye. Height is 25 inches with a 5 inch bloom. Midseason bloom, fragrant, excellent grower with lots of buds. I love all the Stamille daylilies (they did the candy series) and this one is no exception. I have one plant in my yard and people always comment on it and want this one. Collector's daylily.
Ruby Throat-one fan (2 fans for $6)  $4.00 Ruby Throat has 5", vibrant clear red self with a bright green throat and velvety texture; color is sunfast. Blooms in mid to late summer on tall 34" scapes. Designer daylily. This is my favorite red daylily, because it blooms like crazy, grows like crazy, and shows up about a mile away. It is quite tall and just makes a huge statement in the yard. People always ask me about this one. I personally think it is the best red regular one (I love Ruby Spider too, but it is a spider one).
Ruffled Apricot-one fan (2 fans for $5)  $3.00 Huge 7" ruffled blooms of rich apricot with lavender pink midribs. Stout Medal winner for best daylily in 1982. Very showy in a clump. Loads of blooms on strong 28" stems. Flowers are fragrant and of heavy substance. Popularity poll.
Russian Easter-one fan (2 fans for $6)  $4.00 I love this daylily- it really stands out in my yard and people are always asking about it. It is the most beautiful pale lemon yellow with a faded rose eye that is just stunning. It is a tall plant-30" with large blooms-6". Strong grower with lots of buds. It is also fragrant. Blooms in midseason. 1998 Award of Merit. Popularity poll.
Russian Ragtime  $8.00 Size #1- Large lavish deep rose- lavender ruffled petals have a deep purple eye and an emerald green throat. Edges have a ruffled picotee trim in purple. I haven't seen a bad picture of this one-truly gorgeous. 30" tall and huge 6.5" blooms. Early-midseason. Collector's daylily-sells for average of $27 in Eureka guide.
